The Night Before

It has been a while since I have done any work on Anne Stradal's design called "The Night Before", but if I want to have it for Christmas I better get moving :-)
.
What I have done today is completing her dress and bonnet and make her nice and pretty by giving her a nice pearl necklace.
.
I have a little more work to do on this project before I can start thinking about the finishing, but at least I am slowly getting there :-)
.
By the way for those of you who have not yet seen it, Anne has just started a blog called "The Cape Stitcher".
.
Will probably be back sometimes tomorrow afternoon with another progress photo, if all goes according to plans (grinning).
.

Haven't commented on your work for a while, but have been visiting and it's all lovely. Like the challenge ornament very much. well done on your shining needle certificate.

Love the necklace and she is coming along really well and this pair are just so cute, not sure which of them I like the best for now so will wait until Mrs Santa is finished which it seems will nt be long now

Cyn,

I am afraid that Mrs. Santa was back and now off again.

I will continue working on her in my spare times as I have some urgent projects to work on.

Terry,

I was trying to find something to make her dress look a little more interesting and thought of adding a pearl necklace. It does draw the attention to that part, doesn't it?

Although we have differences in culture, but do not want is that this view is the same and I like that!
