I ended up scanning this ornament rather than taking a digital photo as the outcome was truer to real life than what I got with the digital camera.
This was so much fun to stitch like all Jim Wurth's ornaments that I have done so far. That was the sixth one completed out of seven received so far.
I have just started working on the 7th one which is called "Arcadia", a companion piece of "Monrovia" stitched a little while back.
After that, 5 more to receive to make a total of 12 Dodecagon ornaments.

That is just so pretty and I just love the colours and its beautifully stitched
I love the colors too! And you laid the threads so well! Congratulations on a stunning finish.
These are all really nice ornaments, Pierette. Nice work!
It is beautiful. I love geometrics. You have done a wonderful job.
Each ornament is my favorite when I first see it, but I do think this one is really the champ! You've done a beautiful job of stitching, and the colors are in my favorite palette. Just gorgeous, Pierette!! I hope Jim Wurth will release the patterns at some later date so those of us who didn't get in on the series will also be able to stitch these beauties.
Oh! Another winner. I just love the colors.
Terry,
I loved that one as soon as I saw the colors.

Meg,
It seems that lots of us love that color.
Jim is so good at matching colors in a pleasant way.
Another one that I have enjoyed tremendously is the one called Majove. Just loved those colors.

Thanks, Pat.
I sure am glad that I decided to go ahead and enroll in that ornament club, which is something I had never done before as I don't normally like to be part of clubs of any kinds. I much rather do a bit of this and a bit of that, if you get my meaning.

Clarkey,
I wanted to move away from geometrics, but these convinced me otherwise (smiling)

Gillian,
I know what you mean when you say each new one is your favorite. They are all similar in some ways and all different in other ways. Quite an accomplishment from the designer, if you ask me.

Rissa,
Yes, another winner for Jim Wurth, I fully agree. Waiting for his next one.
